Please note that any online orders placed after 3pm on and after 31st March may not be shipped until the following week due to our annual stock take.  We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

TAXES & DUTIES WITHIN EUROPE:

Orders placed to countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP terms (delivery duty paid). There will be no additional taxes or duties to pay upon entry of the goods into the shipping destination country. 

Orders placed to countries within Europe that are not in the European Union are shipped on DAP terms (delivered at place). Customs taxes and duties will be charged by the courier to the customer upon entry of the goods into the shipping destination country. 

Please note that this postage is not refunded unless the item is faulty.
