Please note that any online orders placed on 19^th December will be shipped on 20^th December, Any online orders received on the 20^th December or after may not be despatched until after 2^nd January

There is no one in the office during this time so no phone call or emails will be answered during this period

TAXES & DUTIES WITHIN EUROPE:

Orders placed to countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP terms (delivery duty paid). There will be no additional taxes or duties to pay upon entry of the goods into the shipping destination country. 

Orders placed to countries within Europe that are not in the European Union are shipped on DAP terms (delivered at place). Customs taxes and duties will be charged by the courier to the customer upon entry of the goods into the shipping destination country.
